Alden Signer Architecture is a full-service architectural practice led by principals Jason Alden and Shoshana Signer. The pair draws upon extensive design and project management experience to create personalized and distinctive homes for their clients throughout the Bay Area and beyond.

JaSON ALDEN
Over his 30-year architectural career, Jason Alden has focused on high-end residential projects throughout the Bay Area and Hawaii. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture professional degree from Carnegie Mellon University. Before opening Alden Signer Architecture in 2014, Jason was a project manager at De Reus Architects in Hawaii and a senior associate at Ken Linsteadt Architects in San Francisco.
Jason has a passion for creative design that he communicates through multiple methods, including hand sketches, computer renderings and physical models.
Shoshana Signer
Shoshana Signer holds a master’s degree in architecture from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from UC Berkeley. Prior to co‑founding Alden Signer Architecture, Shoshana spent 20 years in architecture and construction management, including serving as a project lead for one of the Bay Area’s preeminent high-end residential general contractors.
Shoshana’s experience on both the design and build sides of a construction project gives her a unique perspective that complements Jason’s artistic talents and skills and enables the firm to provide comprehensive management of large-scale, custom architectural projects.
